Pickled Mustard Seed
Mustard seed is high in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and a rich source of many minerals such as phosphorous, calcium, potassium, selenium and magnesium. The mustard seeds are slow pickled in a warm brine of apple cider vinegar, wildflower honey and water and then cooled down and infused with dead sea ormus to mineralize and set intention. Pickled mustard seeds are an amazing topping on anything want to be sweeter, brighter, a little salty and with a texture that pops in your mouth.
