Shichimi Togarashi is a classic blend in Japanese cooking, usually composed of the same ingredients with only the proportions changing according to individual taste. It is used as a finishing spice in soups or to garnish grilled foods. This blend from Epices de Cru includes chile, Quebec nori seaweed as well as dried yuzu peel; the end result is lightly hot, with citrus and sesame notes.

Ingredients: chili, sesame seeds, nori seaweed, yuzu peel, sansho pepper, mandarin peel, hemp seeds, ginger.
