Ectoplasm emerged in early spiritualist practice as a material said to appear during séances, exuded from the body and shaped by unseen forces. Described as cool, pale, and mutable: neither fully body nor fully air, it occupied the uncomfortable space between presence and disappearance.

A spectral residue suspended between worlds, our Ektoplasma fragrance is built around the illusion of skin and vapor at once. Cold citrus and aromatic woods evaporate into a cloud of luminous vapor before melting into creamy lactonic florals and translucent sandalwood. Ambergris, skin musks, and pale woods drift through the composition like dust illuminated in moonlight, creating the uncanny sensation of presence without form.
