With a unique blend of oils and flowers long known to have therapeutic properties, our Chef & Gardener's balm helps you heal your hands naturally. Scented with a powerhouse bouquet of aromatics designed to refresh and revitalize.

Also beneficial for skin suffering from eczema and dermatitis. 

This organic tallow fat is: 
Natural, just like our skin. Readily absorbable. Rich in fat-soluble vitamins and minerals A, D, K, E, and B12. Safe for all skin-types: babies, children, and adults. Effective for hands, face, body, and hair, or anywhere you want to moisturize. Deeply nourishing. A sustainable, zero-waste, regenerating skin protectant whose use goes back centuries. 

Ingredients: Tallow (fat) from Northern California regeneratively-raised cattle, organic California-grown marigold flowers (Calendula), Séka Hills extra-virgin olive oil, organic Australian tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil, organic Bulgarian lavender (Lavandula) essential oil, organic French juniper (Juniperus) berry essential oil, organic rosemary (Salvia rosmarinus) essential oil, organic aster (Helichrysum) essential oil, organic opanpanax (Commiphora guidottii) essential oil.

Summer Solace Tallow is a small, family-owned business dedicated to the production of slow-made, deeply nourishing, organic tallow-based skincare and home goods. Established in the Spring of 2014 by organic chef and gardener, Megan Bre Camp.

Tallow was commonly used as a sustainable regenerating skin protectant before the introduction of petrochemicals. Our wise ancestors knew the value and health benefits of using grass-fed animal fats in their diets and topically to protect and heal against the environmental elements.
