Gaetano Pesce x Flamingo Estate Olive Oil Set

Over six years ago, Flamingo Estate and Gaetano Pesce embarked on this project together. Following the artist's passing, Flamingo Estate carried on with the work and executed the vision. Each handblown decanter is a work of art and is accompanied with Flamingo Estate's 2025 Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil: bright, herbaceous, and ready to make every meal your own work of art.

"Gaetano Pesce made the quotidian, otherworldly. The ordinary, extraordinary. And before he left this plane on April 2024, he graced us yet again with his whimsy. It is our honor to share Gaetano’s last work with the world.

Gaetano Pesce was the master of molds, play, and material. For this vessel, he gathered the plumpest Olives he could find, and crafted a custom glass mold that holds each carefully in place. Each glass vessel is a precious container that plays with shape and texture — made to be filled time and time again with the freshest harvest of our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

This precious production of just 200 signature vessels stands as one of his latest glass experiments — pulling inspiration from the famed glassmaking techniques of Murano, a Venetian island that closely touched his work from an early age. It’s a masterpiece in its own right, and like Gaetano himself, it’s a true original that will stand the test of time.

Each glass vessel comes with a tin of our Heritage Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested and milled in January 2025."
