Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed unless otherwise noted. Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. If it's been 5+ business days since your order was placed and you have NOT received a shipment notification, please email us so we can look into it.
If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not updated in over a week, please contact us. However, if your package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for missing mail. Sometimes packages are stolen, picked up by others by mistake, put in your neighbor's mailbox, etc. We are not responsible for this, unfortunately. We highly, highly recommend making sure your package is being delivered to a safe location that you are confident in. If your package was marked as delivered but you don't have it we recommend the following:
1. Waiting a few days to see if it gets delivered. Often times postal workers mark something as delivered because they forgot to drop it off when they were at your stop. If this is the case, it'll be delivered within 1-2 business days.
2. Ask your neighbors! Often times package are misdelivered, especially if you live in an apartment complex.
3. Pop by the post office to see if they're holding it.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of order receipt if you would like to return any of the items in your order.
To request a return, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. If you are reporting a broken or damaged item, please send photos.
We do not refund original shipping fees or return shipping fees. Once you return any item from an order, the whole order is considered final sale and no further returns may be made on remaining items (if there are any).
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned outside the 14 day window of receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Every piece is one that I would personally use and cherish myself, or gift to my closest friends and family.
What's in a name?
Genara (heh•nar•uh) is my grandmother’s name, a name that for me represents what it means to be a natural and creative homemaker. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been amazed by her special gift for cultivating an atmosphere perfectly balanced between homey warmth and an approachable elegance. The house could transform from a serene retreat to lively family party over the course of an afternoon. Regardless of the activity, everyone was always welcome and at home. This inspired me to create an environment that would bring that same magic to others. I'm so happy to welcome you to Genara; make yourself at home, indulge, and enjoy.
