Adaptogenic Creamer

This mix is easy to enjoy with just a bit of hot water, or you can use it in a few creative ways: blend into protein balls, coffee, ice cream, etc. 

To prepare, mix 1-2 Tablespoons with 1 cup hot water. Whisk until frothy, and it's ready to drink.
